Terms of Purchase

These terms of purchase apply to purchases from IPShop. For consumers, mandatory Swedish consumer legislation applies. For purchases made by companies, consumer rules such as statutory right of withdrawal do not apply.

Order and prices

The prices and terms shown in the webshop at the time of ordering apply to the purchase, subject to obvious typographical and pricing errors. The customer will receive an order confirmation after completing the order.

Delivery

Current delivery information is shown in connection with the order. If an item is delayed, we will contact the customer as soon as possible. For consumer purchases, the rules of the Consumer Sales Act regarding delay and delivery apply.

Right of withdrawal for private individuals

As a consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance purchases. For goods, the period is counted from the day after you receive or pick up the item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to business purchases, and there are statutory exceptions for certain goods and services.

You can notify us that you are withdrawing from the purchase via our Withdrawal page, via e-mail, or in another permitted way. The withdrawal function is free of charge and provides an automatic receipt.

In case of withdrawal, the consumer is responsible for the return shipping costs if this has been communicated before the purchase. If the item has been handled more than necessary to determine its characteristics and function, a legal depreciation deduction may apply.

In case of valid withdrawal, the payment will be refunded, including the cost of standard delivery. If the customer has chosen a more expensive delivery option than standard delivery, the difference does not need to be refunded. Refunds are made in accordance with applicable legal regulations and normally using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Complaints

Right of withdrawal and complaint are different things. Consumers have the right to complain about original defects in a product for three years according to the Consumer Sales Act. Contact info@ipshop.se and state the order number and describe the defect. Business purchases are handled according to the terms that apply to the business customer and applicable law.
